Sorry February and half of March predictions did not appear, a lot of things happening here in Delaware. Following is half of March and April.

On March 15th, Terry Lovejoy of Thornlands, Australia, discovered a new comet (C/2007 E2) in the southern constellation Indus. Remarkably, to make the find he used not a telescope but just a camera--a Canon 350D. At Lovejoy's request, John Drummund of Gisborne, New Zealand, confirmed the comet with this photo taken through a 0.41-m reflector: The new comet is green, 9th-magnitude, and located approximately at right ascension 20h 42m 55s, declination -50o 43' 14" (ref: International Astronomical Union Circular 8819). A detailed ephemeris is not yet available, so it is impossible to say how bright Comet Lovejoy will become--or even which way it will go. Stay tuned for updates.

On March 19th around 0230 UT, the Moon will pass in front of the Sun, producing visible from Russia, India, China and the northern reaches of Alaska. In those places the normally-round Sun will turn into a crescent image cast on the ground.

Mercury went direct on 7 March. It is as if God threw human affairs up into the air for us to pick up and rearrange. We begin our March predictions on 17 March, St. Patrick’s Day.

17 March: Venus into Taurus through 11 April. She is in her own sign and is interested in food, sex and money during this time. Taurus enjoys bargains, so you may find bargains in food and luxury items, especially clothing. Taurus, you are at your loving best, having the best food and intimate gatherings and are generous with those you love. Scorpio may want a warm relationship which is possible this month, if you let the other manage just a little. Virgo, Capricorn enjoy love and bargains as you like it, especially food on sale. Cancer and Pisces have the opportunity for loving relationships and bargains if you are alert. Leo and Aquarius may experience control issues over money, with your loved one insisting on spending carefully. Aries and Gemini are neutral, with Sagittarius and Libra needing to adjust to close relationships and your spending restricted.

18 March through 19 March: the solar eclipse at 28 degrees Pisces 07 minutes at about midnight Eastern Time. If you have a 27, 28 or 29 degree planet or point in your horoscope, it will be set off today or tomorrow. Transiting Pluto is at the same degree in the sign of Sagittarius, meaning he is in tension with the eclipse. Expect change, tension and power issues, personally if you have this degree in your horoscope. There could be a crime in the news (more than usual), a political change or a change in the war. There are several wars on the planet now, so it could be any one of them. Pluto goes retrograde at this degree on 31 March, so expect the energy of this eclipse to be in effect for some time. To offset the instability of the eclipse, Jupiter and Saturn are balancing any tension between religious political groups and established nations, especially a monarchy.

18 March: Mercury into Pisces through 10 April. Conversation turns to creativity, vacations, movies and anything that is visual or deals with imaging. Pisces you are heard now if you choose to speak up; Virgo may be upset because ideas are not analyzed and seem fuzzy to you. Cancer and Scorpio enjoy intuitive conversations; it is a good time for a reading because the Pisces energy tunes into you accurately. Taurus and Capricorn have the opportunity to cooperate with those who have the creative ideas to keep them on budget and help with the planning. Aries and Aquarius are neutral, Libra and Leo adjust to vague reasoning, but enjoy the aesthetic ideas. Gemini and Sagittarius can experience friends not showing up.

19 March: the energy of yesterday’s eclipse continues, with very strong tension because of power situations. Try to cooperate, which is the key to this impersonal situation. Authority figures may be especially troublesome.

20 March: Sun into Aries through 20 April, the first day of spring. Attention and energy are active and interested in new ideas and projects, with Aries being the catalyst. Libra experiences possible confrontation because your other wants to go it alone; Cancer and Capricorn can enjoy the challenges if you don’t want to smother or over-plan. Leo and Sagittarius enjoy the spontaneity of the month, Gemini and Aquarius have opportunities for exciting conversations, Pisces and Taurus are neutral. Virgo and Scorpio adjust to the new, impulsive energy. Also, Mars and Saturn are arguing today through 23 March, so expect storms. Aquarius and Leo can expect very tense relationship problems related to who is in control of the group. The younger men confront the older, established authority figures and there could be strife. There could be rebellion from a group, but it will dissolve in a few days.

22 March: the argument between Mars and Saturn is exact today, so the weather is still unsettled and any war mongering continues through tomorrow. Warning to Aquarius and Leo to try to cooperate and see each other’s point of view. The other warning to you is to be careful driving and dealing with sharp instruments. You are fuming underneath, that could lead to accidents or a fall, hurting knees and buttocks. Taurus and Scorpio, you need to be aware that the tenseness can draw you in. The peacemakers are Libra and Sagittarius, listen to them.

23 March: much better day, with emotions calm enough for an opportunity to make peace, and an opportunity for the younger group or man to accept an opportunity from a peacemaker to acquiesce and cooperate. Today is a good day for Aries and Sagittarius to offer creativity and peace.

25 March through tomorrow afternoon: great day to begin a creative project, especially regarding imaging, movies, and the theatre. Aquarius is creative and cooperative with good ideas for the group. Listen to a person you consider stable and able to plan to help you with timing because, being in the creative or healing mode, you are not seeing the practical. Wonderful day for a party. Today is the quarter moon in the signs of Cancer and Aries, meaning challenging situation which both enjoy. Libra and Capricorn may be part of it, which they love, too. Any difficulties are because of emotional over-reaction to family. Gemini can be the one to have everyone see all side of the situation.

28 March: pleasant day, which after yesterday is nice. Creative ideas, social life, new projects go well.

30 March: weird day where everybody is off balance. Your day is full of interruptions from those who want analytical details.

31 March: Pluto goes retrograde at 28 degrees of Sagittarius, the same degree as the eclipse. Be ready for change in whatever relationship Pluto has to your horoscope.

APRIL 2007

1 April: the influence began yesterday for an opportunity for pleasant change in your social life, perhaps meeting an exciting person. A lot of exciting conversation about creativity, theatre, new ideas that seem impractical but a truly cutting edge.

2 April: full moon in the signs of Libra and Aries, who are arguing for balance between being together and wanting to be alone. Cancer and Capricorn enjoy a challenging day, Gemini and Aquarius have the opportunity for good interaction with friends and groups, Leo and Sagittarius enjoy a grand social event, Scorpio may have to adjust to an outburst, Pisces escapes, Taurus has the opportunity (if you will engage) for a good party, Virgo retreats into work and detail. The areas of the body associated with this full moon are the bladder, adrenals, kidneys, the head, brain and accidents by firearms. A gloomy day, love is suppressed, everyone feels lonely, money is tight. Duty comes first, under which young women may chafe.

3 April: another weird day where nothing goes the way it is supposed to. Communication is late, travel is late, troubles with money. Younger people interrupt their elders with constant demands for attention and money.

4 April: a lot of communication with no detail, and an opportunity for the tension from the eclipse on 18 March to be eased with the spirit of cooperation. The group of younger people accept the offer from the powerful one. However, love life is vague or your loved one does not show up. There could be warm rain or fog.

5 April: a need to adjust to financial management of the new project. Jupiter goes retrograde at 19 degrees Sagittarius 47, approaching a situation of change that will be exact on May 10. If you have 18, 19, or 20 degrees in your horoscope, it will be set off today through end of May with a flurry of activity.

6 April: Mars into Pisces through 15 May. Mars is hazy and lazy in Pisces, but he is romantic and creative. A good time for Aries to be on vacation. Pisces is active for a month, hopefully with fun activities and vacations. Virgo may be irritated because projects slow down, details are fuzzy. Capricorn and Taurus have the opportunity to bring planning and counting to creative projects; Cancer and Scorpio enjoy romantic and creative activities. Aries and Aquarius are neutral, Leo and Libra can enjoy the creativity of this energy if you don’t expect detail.

7 April: good opportunity for creative talk, a gathering of young people. If you need to smooth over a situation with your loved one or a younger person, today is the day. Good news, too.

8 April: wonderful day, balance, joy, optimism and everything goes well, especially between authority and older people. Emotions are good.

9 April: another good day, with expansion of your ideas from yesterday.

10 April: quarter moon in the signs of Capricorn and Aries indicating challenges between the old and young and the traditional and the new. Cancer and Libra enjoy the challenge and helps, but the ones who can bring harmony is Taurus and Sagittarius, with common sense and seeing the big picture. Also, challenging communication with undertones of either power struggle or control issues and a need to be as flexible as possible all day. Not a pleasant day.

10 April: Mercury into Aries through 27 April. Conversation is now sharp and to the point, eager to share ideas for projects. Aries, enjoy your time to be heard, Libra may feel off balance because of what you consider selfish conversation, Cancer and Capricorn enjoy verbal sparring with new ideas, Leo and Sagittarius are happy in your interactions and conversations now, Gemini and Aquarius have the opportunity to share new ideas, try not to argue them. Pisces and Taurus are neutral. Virgo and Scorpio adjust to fast ideas with no detail or financial considerations.

11 April: Venus into Gemini through 8 May. Love is now flirtatious and light. Your loved one may be more interested in social life than you, this is okay. If you meet someone now, it may not last unless other astrological configurations are favorable. Gemini has a great time with many flirtatious encounters, Sagittarius enjoys the flirtations, as does Aquarius. Libra enjoys a more active social life, Cancer and Taurus are neutral, Aries is happy with your loved ones ideas; Leo you need to allow your loved one some space, Virgo and Pisces can be irritated with the light-hearted attitude of your loved one, or flirtations that do not last. Capricorn and Scorpio retreat. There is an opportunity to fund a creative group project, or an opportunity for a good day with friends.

17 April: new moon in the sign of Aries who is in the right place at the right time to initiate your project. Libra may experience a confrontation, Leo and Sagittarius have a great day with your good ideas and party going well; Gemini and Aquarius have the opportunity to be included in the new project, Cancer and Capricorn enjoy a day of possible sparring or involvement in a fun, challenging situation. Pisces and Taurus are neutral, Virgo and Scorpio adjust to sudden new ideas.

19 April: Saturn goes direct at 18 degrees Leo 09, setting off that degree in your horoscope. There is harmony today between those in authority and those in power. You may see relative peace in the political world, and at least an effort to peace with one of the wars. Today is the day to interact with those you consider effective because it will go well.

20 April: Sun into Taurus through 21 May. The high energy of the Sun in Aries now slows down and pays attention to food, sex and money. The budget is now applied to the ideas of the past month. Taurus you have the initiative, take it. Scorpio wants financial control, and has control issues with the one with the checkbook. Virgo and Capricorn enjoy a month of practical common sense. Cancer and Pisces have the opportunity to apply financial responsibility to your home and creative endeavors. Leo and Aquarius will experience financial control and may fret. Libra and Sagittarius may feel fenced in because of lack of financial responsibility. Aries and Gemini are neutral.

21 April: good communication today, especially between the young and the old, or new ideas accepted by the one in charge. Good day to plan both long-term and for vacation. You can perceive the abstract, the creative and practical all at once.

22 April: more good communication with creativity in the forefront, especially good communication day with Aries and Pisces. End the day with a movie or the theatre and it is perfect.

23 April: irritating day, people whine, there are interruptions from those who want to socialize instead of work, talk about the good weekend just past.

24 April: quarter moon in the signs of Leo and Taurus, indicating a tense day because of money-control issues. Scorpio and Aquarius are tense, too, because the one in authority is demanding financial accounting. Aries and Sagittarius escape, Pisces ignores it all, Virgo and Capricorn escape into work, leaving Cancer to sooth feelings and Gemini and Libra to use diplomacy to bring harmony to the day.

26 April: good communication, with the opportunity to cooperate and explain yesterday. An unexpected visit from a loved one that is fun, or there is a flirtation.

27 April: the flirtation from yesterday has an opportunity to be more if you accept. There is an opportunity for an agreement with your loved one. Financially a good day for a long-term, small investment.

27 April: Mercury into Taurus through 28 May. Conversation and thoughts now into money, balancing the checkbook, bargains in food and intimacy. Taurus may more talkative than usual and quietly stubborn. Scorpio has stubborn resistance to your ideas, Leo and Aquarius have firm resistance to any extravagant ideas. Virgo and Capricorn enjoy practical planning and quiet conversations, Cancer and Pisces can have quiet, serious conversations and plan financially. Aries and Gemini are neutral and probably bored. Libra adjust to having social ideas restricted because of money, Sagittarius adjusts to no communication.

28 April: exciting day with travel plans, or at least talk, and a surprise or sudden change instigated by you. Women are exciting but want to spend money, men want change and to be with friends. A changeable, flexible day with unusual people.

29 April: weird day emotionally, people are off balance, along with changes in plans. A need to be flexible, adjust and accommodate those who interrupt.

30 April: very busy day traveling with no time for details, please have them already arranged. Romance favored, as is an outing with a group of friends. Pleasant but busy.
