The solar return of the USA for 2006 indicate emotions are generally good, women are the integrating force of society and a woman is very prominent in peace negotiations and is successful. Condoleezza Rice will be a strong force for peace and integration. Possible damaged reputations because of financial revelations and scandals. Possible challenge to the real estate market because of changing loan rates. And... lots of adjustments. Changes to benefits to a large group of people, possibly because of a lack of funds. Fluctuation, at least in the negotiations, of entitled programs and the tax code. A large part of the population on the move and constantly adjusting to changing conditions and culture. One other possibility is that the country begins developing her own will through the Presidency, not being swayed by supposed popular opinion expressed from those on the extremes via the press. Perhaps patriotism, loyalty and pride of being an American will return.

The year looks like a combination of drastic change, more migrations because of earth changes combined with the opportunity for stabilization.

The United States is still experiencing a very long progression that began about the first of March 2004, is exact 1 January 2006 and continues through end of August 2007! Much trouble evidenced in relationships, such as separations between the young and the old, financial losses and troubles and scandals. Saturn is involved, so we know troubles result from past behavior that was selfish. The fall of the dollar is evidenced now, and personal debt becomes difficult. Real estate values may fall, resulting in housing equity falling and mortgage payments increasing, right at a time when people can least afford it. It would be wise to pay off debt and build a personal relationship with those who can adjust debt or mortgage payments. Now, near the exactness of this progression, California experienced unprecedented rain, floods and evacuations. There were mud slides in Southern California where homes were destroyed, and fires in Texas and New Mexico. All year there were significant earthquakes in the sea off the coast of Northern California and Alaska. On 3 January there was a 6.7 earthquake in Baja Mexico, very close to California. All of this will eventually affect California real estate.

Another long term progression was exact on 24 October 2005 and continues through the end of 2006 and is not easy. The population is under stress and onslaught from the immigrants and finds it hard to create emotional balance. The female population is especially affected, but this particular progression is waning out. Health care issues had been in the news, but are in effect now, but will be adjusted through the end of 2006.

The next long-term progression begins the first of this year, is exact on 19 December 2006 and continues through 2007. Thank goodness, this is a good one. The reputation of the United States gradually improves. The President’s image also gradually improves because ambiguities clear up. The scandal gradually clears.

One of the most difficult transits will come to an end 27 January. This is the Uranus square that had exact hits on 5 April and 28 August 2005. These were hurricanes and bad weather. Expect another hurricane or very bad weather between 26 and 28 January that requires evacuations. This transit triggered one of the biggest migrations in the history of the United States and is not over. Every nation and person experiences this, which is a signal of tremendous change that overthrows a stagnant and worn out system. Uranus demands freedom, autonomy and blasts the walls down of dependency. Some of those who moved to other states because of the hurricanes have been dependent upon society for a long time. This will change, forcing them to learn to work and stand on their own feet. Uranus also represents altruistic goals, so there will be groups to help, but they will help them help themselves.

Saturn brings an opportunity that is a repeat of 1 October 2005 where the experienced ones help the innovators and inventors put their ideas into production. This is an opportunity for harmonious blending of the traditional and the new. The work force should be stabilizing and forming new corporations. There are consolidations but these result in unusual combinations of companies. Structure, or a solid foundation, is what is needed now for the innovative or only internet companies to succeed. There are opportunities for business and employment to increase. High tech, electrical and communications companies balance out. The focus dates are 14 January and 19 June this year.

Uranus begins another transit in May that goes through end of February 2007. More change and more migration. There could be change in the immigration system, and more earthquakes which change the topography. The exact dates are 17 May through and including 22 July and 26 February 2007; times of sudden changes.

However, beginning in April, Uranus begins clearing things up. There are more freedoms, better alliances, innovations in health care and welfare. Idealistic groups are more realistic, and religious groups help the displaced. It should be seen that the floods brought needed nutrients to the soil, with an increase in crops. Remember the tsunami in Indonesia? Scientists claimed the soil would be worthless for a long time, but the population did not hear that; they planted and had record crops. The immigration situation eases with people being integrated into society. The focus dates are 19 April, 21 August in 2006 and 9 February 2008.

Saturn continues a cycle that began 7 September 2005, has a focus date of 12 February and 26 May. The responsibility of the United States is now to herself, instead of everybody else. Time to stabilize the currency, reduce debt and retreat from too many activities. Future growth depends upon responsibility taken to initiate a contraction from extravagance in the money supply and debt. Sounds like fiscal responsibility, much needed.

Saturn then begins a cycle of opportunity for stabilization in the country, with people back to work, the older population productive and traditional businesses gaining. The automobile industry has the opportunity consolidate productivity and to also produce smaller, better cars. Mature people bring the opportunity for common sense and traditional work values to the younger population and it succeeds - if - the opportunity is accepted. Could be the gradual, orderly withdrawal from Iraq. At the very least firm, practical plans to leave. This begins 30 September, focuses again mid February and June 2007.

January 2006 for the United States day by day:

1 January: exact date of the long progression described above. Very difficult few days involving loss and intense relationship. This is written 4 January, so it is evident there had been losses in California and the West Virginia mining accident. The news was a combination of hopeful and disappointing. Some of the news was vague or misleading.

3 January: extremely difficult day, with difficult one-on-one interactions in the spotlight.

4 January: what began the second is focused today, with unfortunate results. The issue is in the news through end of tomorrow.

5 January: vague, but the beginning of a transit that is exact on the 10th and is in effect through the 17th. Financial adjustments, probably to less. Change or adjustment in relationship with either allies or younger people. Irritating and unstable.

5 January: difficult day full of stress and challenges to the President, especially regarding the coming adjustments on the 10th. Bad weather keeping people home, financial stress, difficulties with allies, critical communications. The bright light is later in the day with good communications from or about a stable group. Beginning today, exact on the 8th, and opportunity for success with military action, and success in recovery efforts.

6 January: visible interaction with allies, could be confrontational from the press. The Abramoff scandal is in the news and not good.

7 January: repeat of the 4th when it was discovered the miner’s had died. Could be the last one dies or it is the funeral of the group. Excess media coverage that could dishonor the families.

8 January: exact day of the opportunity to initiate positive, successful military action which continues through the 11th. Other activities are good for the United States today through the 11th. However, communication with or about finances changes, this may not be noticed, though. Tension, though militarily, could be stressful challenge to the President’s stand. Possibility of accidents; any news is unstable and should not be taken as final.

9 January: slight improvement in foreign affairs although communications are still not stable.

10 January: adjustment in the money supply, slight change or accommodation in negotiations with allies or import countries. Real estate is unstable, relocated people are adjusting to their new surroundings and may be complaining.

11 January: effective between yesterday and tomorrow; jockeying between the belligerent power groups. Someone is trying to push us to accommodate to their point of view. A need to be somewhat flexible, but not make decisions. The President may appear to have changed his mind, but he may only be adapting to new facts.

12 January: preliminary talk with or about younger people’s pensions, and they are in a practical frame of mind. The President is in harmony with other countries, foreign relations focused on the ideal or the possible. Dialogue is focused on the practical.

13 January: difficult day. More accommodations or adjustments from the military or belligerent, the media challenges everything and is pessimistic.

14 January: the President or one in authority challenges the media, a lot of publicity, but not as much as yesterday.

15 January: in effect between the 13tha and the 17th; the idealistic program put forth on the 12th is going well, with the practical aspects understood and accepted. However, challenges about the finances or the stock market.

16 January: good day; the President’s idealistic proposals are received well, he is seen in a better light. Activities began the 12th are focused today with an opportunity for alliances that are fortuitous. Fruition on the 18th.

17 January: power day with the President as he is focused, inclusive and determined. However the younger population persist in trying to get him to accommodate their point of view. There may be a small adjustment because of practical realities.

18 January: exact focus of the cycle that began on the 10th and continues through the 25th of this month and repeats in April. Beneficial situation and expansion, especially regarding agreements and contracts. Good news regarding foreign trade and relations, good news about the immigration situation.

19 January: the President is focused again today, but not as strongly as the 17th, a lot of communication, the media challenges but not too strongly.

20 January: continued good news from the 18th.

21 January: focused, inclusive communication about whatever was talked about the 17th and the 19th. Beginning today, exact on the 23rd and through the 24th, and adjustment in military activities.

22 January: very mild challenges to military activities and young people.

23 January: the exact date of adjustments to military activities. Could also be adjustments or change in real estate. Could be more fires or heat. This is a prelude to the big transit on the 27th. Strong male energy today at odds with each other but not fighting. A need to be flexible.

24 January: a lot of communication, some of it glum and it is incomplete and continually changing. Don’t believe everything because it is incomplete.

25 January: flux and flex in the money supply, perhaps the dollar changes against the other currencies. A need for authority or the President to be flexible with allies.

26 January: more flux in the media, they keep changing the news. A strong focus on past alliances and could be mistakes are out in the open, this is generally not good. The scandal is brought out in the open, with the hidden partnerships exposed. However, a good situation where there is a little more freedom and openness.

27 January: the big transit this month, a repeat of the hurricane transits. Expect a late hurricane or fierce storm. Dislocation of people, meaning another big migration or relocation of people. At the very least a big change in the land itself. The result of all this is the necessary earth changes at this time in the history of the earth, and should result in more freedom and less dependency of the population. Changes in the work force, too. The mundane chart for today is not good, either. A lot of water, undersea rumblings or volcanic activity, persistent fires and high winds. This is not a good day at all. Look at your personal horoscope to see how you will be affected, if at all. It is entirely possible that these configurations are good influences for you. However, the media is kinder than usual and brings accurate news quickly and clearly. Good communication regarding the situation.

28 January: freedom of movement, groups help, whatever happened yesterday is quickly alleviated. The President is open and generous.

30 January: conflicting news that changes quickly. Could be electrical glitches with house electricity in addition to computers and e-mail.

31 January: news is better, possible announcements of solid help or firm, practical agreements. There is an opportunity to communicate agreements regarding the work force and communication with or about younger people is positive, although there is a possible adjustment in an announcement with or about an ally.
